Duties and Responsibilities

• Prospect and engage real estate developers, property managers, and residential complexes
• Promote and sell S4D’s cloud-based PMS and Zoho-powered solutions
• Conduct assessments of property management workflows and pain points
• Lead product demonstrations, develop pricing proposals, and close contracts
• Support clients during onboarding and implementation phases

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Marketing, ICT, Business Administration, or related field

Skills and Experience

• 3–5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in real estate, property tech, or software sales
• Strong communication skills and consultative selling ability
• Technical understanding of PMS platforms and familiarity with Zoho tools is an advantage
• Self-driven, organized, and committed to delivering value to clients

Compensation and Benefits:
• Monthly Allowance: GHS 2,000 for work-related expenses
• Commission: Attractive percentage on successful contract value
• Expense Flexibility: The monthly cap may be exceeded with approval if additional spend is needed to pursue promising leads
• Performance Expectation: At least one viable sales lead should be generated within the first four months
