Duties and Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Alignment and Business Process Assessment
· Assess and document current business processes, including customer relationship management, financial, HR, and business management workflows.
· Identify opportunities for integration, automation, and optimization to align with strategic goals.
· Provide insights into how technology can enhance revenue growth, market expansion, and customer satisfaction.

2. Technology Infrastructure and Operational Evaluation
· Conduct a comprehensive audit of the existing IT infrastructure and systems, identifying gaps and inefficiencies.
· Evaluate requirements for upgrades or new digital systems, including integrated financial platforms, and HR automation tools.
· Assess access control mechanisms and recommend digital solutions where applicable.

3. Gap Analysis and Benchmarking
· Perform gap analysis using industry standards to benchmark digital maturity and efficiency.
· Analyze and evaluate potential digital solutions for scalability, cost-effectiveness, and alignment with strategic objectives.

4. Development of Digital Transformation Roadmap
· Collaborate with stakeholders to develop a phased roadmap, detailing timelines, resource needs, and cost estimates for digital initiatives.
· Support the creation of "As-Is" and "To-Be" process models to drive informed decision-making.

5. Stakeholder Engagement and Reporting
· Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and align on project goals.
· Prepare and present detailed reports, including findings, recommendations, and the digital transformation roadmap, to stakeholders.

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field. An advanced degree is a plus.
· Certification in Business Process Management (e.g., CBPA) or IT Service Management (e.g., ITIL).

Skills and Experience

Work Experience:
· At least 3–5 years of experience in digital analysis, IT systems evaluation, or business process optimization.
· Experience working on digital transformation projects or IT infrastructure assessments is highly desirable.
· Experience in developing digital transformation roadmaps for the hospitality or property management sector.

Technical Skills:
· Strong knowledge of business process analysis tools and methodologies.
· Proficiency in IT systems auditing, gap analysis, and benchmarking against industry standards.
· Familiarity with digital transformation frameworks and tools, including centralized systems, financial platforms, and HR automation solutions.

Soft Skills:
· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Strong communication and presentation abilities to articulate findings and recommendations to diverse audiences.
· Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and engage stakeholders effectively.
